Account & Data Deletion Guide

In accordance with the privacy policy of Teraedge LLC, tempotv users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Steps to Request Deletion:

  1. Select "Account & Data Deletion" as the Request Type in the form.
  2. Enter the valid email address associated with your tempotv account.
  3. Provide your in-app User ID in the details section (optional, but helps speed up the process).
  4. Click submit. We will review and process your request within 7-14 business days.

Data Handling Policy:

Data that will be permanently deleted: Your profile information (avatar, nickname), account credentials, viewing history, favorites list, and device identifier information.
Data that will be retained: If you have made purchases within the app, your transaction records will be retained for up to 7 years to comply with relevant tax laws and auditing obligations. After this retention period, this data will be automatically and permanently destroyed.
